I work with adults and couples in Oakland, Lafayette & across California. My practice is rooted in gentleness, curiosity, and a belief that we each carry more internal wisdom than we realize. I often support women, new parents, artists, LGBTQIA+ and gender diverse folks, men, and people in the perinatal period.
